Technical analysis: EUR/USD; USD/CHF; GBP/USD; USD/JPY

EUR/USD consolidates a bit lower yesterday’s high on $1.3720. Above resistance comes at $1.3740 (Jan 24 highs), then - at $1.3820 (Dec 30 highs). Support remains at $1.3660, below - on $1.3550 (Feb 2 lows), then - at $1.3480. Below support comes at $1.3400 (Nov 21 lows).

GBP/USD still correcting after yesterday’s rally to $1.6820 and currently holds a bit lower $1.6700. Below support comes at lows on $1.6640, below - near $1.6500 (Wednesday’s hourly lows). Above recent high resistance comes at $1.6888 (Nov’2009 highs) and $1.7040 (Aug’2009 highs).

USD/CHF consolidates around Chf0.8920 after yesterday’s drop to Chf0.8900 (Jan 24 lows). Below support comes at Chf0.8930 (Jan 29 lows). Initial resistance is around Chf0.9060 (Feb 4-6 highs). Back above Chf0.9100 targets Chf0.9140/50 and Chf0.9180 (Nov 20 highs).

USD/JPY rallied to Y102.70 (initial resistance) before retreated. Above resistance comes at Jan 31 high on Y102.90/00. Initial support comes at Y101.20 (Feb 6 lows), then - at Y101.00.
